The purpose of District 3 Community Leadership Council (D3CLC) is to foster communication between District 3 Council office, neighborhood associations, and residents.

D3CLC host monthly meetings providing a safe and convenient space where residents learn about city policies, services, opportunities, and have access to city officials. We work to engage neighborhood representatives to create the solutions that are needed to address community concerns. It’s a space where you get to know your neighbors and become more informed about San José events and resources.

We are volunteers pulling together and sharing the resources of D3 neighborhoods to advocate for the best interests of our part of the broader community.

Monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month. It's a great way to meet with neighborhood leaders throughout District 3 communities.

District 3 of San José, encompasses downtown and reaches out to include several of the most diverse neighborhoods in the city. The downtown business district is home to most of the city's art, entertainment and cultural venues. Also present are landmarks like San José State University, the SAP Center, and Mineta San José International Airport.
